FAQ
I. How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Once you’ve picked your session, choose your date and submit your non-refundable retainer to lock it in. Your date isn’t officially reserved until the retainer is received. You can reach out by inquiry but fastest way for me to answer is through IG or Facebook Messenger
III. We want to include our dog into the elopement ceremony and photos, is that okay?
ABSOLUTELY! As a furr mom, I am always in support in including them in your most important moments or just your everyday memories.
V. Are retainers refundable?
Nope, retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, if I feel there’s a valid reason or emergency, I may consider making an exception at my discretion.
VII. Do you charge travel fees?
Sessions within the Misawa area are completely free of travel fees. If your session requires more than an hour of driving, tolls, or travel costs, those will be added to your final invoice and covered by the client.
What if I’m nervous or awkward in front of the camera?
Don’t worry, that’s my specialty! I’ll guide you through everything, from where to stand to how to breathe (and laugh through it). My goal is to make you feel comfortable, confident, and seen exactly as you are.
II. What if we want something more extreme for our elopement (hiking, diving, etc)?
I am ALWAYS down for adventures as long as we keep it safe-ish, and we plan it accordingly. I can make your dreams come true, travel anywhere, and make sure to capture your most exciting moments.
IV. How much is the retainer?
The retainer ranges from $90–$150, depending on the session type. It goes toward your total balance and is required to hold your date.
VI.Can I cancel or reschedule my session?
There are no cancellations or refunds.
If you absolutely need to reschedule, you can do so up to 2 days before your session (as long as I’m available). Your retainer will transfer to your new date one time only.
VIII. How long will it take to receive my photos? and How will I receive my photos?
Gallery delivery times range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on workload and editing queue. I promise it’s worth the wait, every photo is edited with care and intention. You’ll get a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and full personal print rights. You can share it, download it directly through your gallery.
